    A: Yes, we are an appointment based salon, booking an appointment in advance is the only way to ensure availability. You can schedule your appointment through our website or by calling us directly.

    A: We are open from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

  • 4. Are there any special precautions or policies due to COVID-19?
    A: Yes, we follow all recommended health and safety guidelines, including mask-wearing, frequent sanitization, and social distancing to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

    A: The duration depends on the service. Eyelash extensions take at least 2 hours while more complex styles can take longer. Please consult with your stylist for an estimated time.

  • 10. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    A: Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. This can also be done through the site when you log in. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate other clients.
